What should I do before getting technical support?
Solution:
Get the host computer system information as well as, the auto-loader serial number and the QQLabeler version number. E-mail the information, with your question to the technical support address by clicking Main Menu – Help - Support. Please if possible include Photos and Movies showing the problem.
