During the importing of background pictures (QQlabeler Vers. 1.1.0.1) shows access violation error message.
Reason: Background picture issue.
Recommendation:
1. Use RGB format instead of CMYK format.
2. We recommend to use background images that are bmp or jpg and above 150dpi.
