When labeling the first disc, the program stops and the LS_Dialog window does not appear.
Reason: LightScribe System Software (LSS) and LightScribe Windows Public SDK (SDK) cannot find the path of the image file that the user has selected. Some target path in Windows systems are visible but are not real path, causing LLS and SDK unable to find the file location and PWSDK will not provide error signal to the program, hence the system does not respond.
Recommendation:
Check where the image file is located?
If using Operating systems using double byte characters set, do NOT save the image file on the "Desktop" or in "My Documents".
