What should I do before getting technical support
Get thehost computer system information, as well as, theauto-loader serial numberand theQQboxx Pro 3 version number. E-mail theinformation, with adescription ofthe symptom or your question tothe technical support email address. Including photos and movies toshow theproblem will be helpful.
