When labelingthe first discor after anumber of discs,LS_Dialog error window or theprogram error window appears.
Reason: When LightScribe Windows Public SDK V.1.18 encounters adisc that cannot be identified as aLightScribe disc, LightScribe Windows Public SDK will shut down automatically which can stop theprogram from responding or aLS_Dialog.exe errow window will appear.
Recommendation:
Check if LightScribe System Software (LSS) and Windows Public SDK (SDK) has been upgraded toV1.18. If it has been upgraded then remove theLSS and SDK and reinstall theV1.16 included in theinstallation disc.
