What should I do before getting technical support?
Solution:
Get thehost computer system information as well as, theauto-loader serial numberand theQQLabeler version number. E-mail theinformation, with your question tothe technical support address by clicking Main Menu – Help - Support. Please if possible include Photos and Movies showing theproblem.
